Will the wind blow it?

We read a story about pigs this week. And if you are learning about pigs you have to discuss "The Three Little Pigs". This week we read an awesome new version of the story called "Three Ninja Pigs" then we looked around the room for one item not knowing what we would do with it. Then I told them we were going to see if the wolf could huff and puff and blow our object away. We divided into two groups: those who thought the wind would blow our object and those who thought it wouldn't.  Then we tested this and made a chart! So much fun!!

Grandparent's Day

Happy Grandparent's Day!! Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate with us today! We loved having you at school with us!

Hands on learning

We are having a blast so far this year!! We love hands on learning for math and reading!

Another way we are learning about rash other is by bringing in bags with three of our favorite things inside and sharing those with the class.
