100th Day of First Grade

Is it really the 100th Day?? This year is flying by and we are loving every minute of it. We have had a crazy few weeks with all the snow days and delays but today we took time to do some fun activities to celebrate the 100th day of school!!

We had one brave friend dress up like he was 100 years old today!

This is our 100th day snack with 10 pieces of 10 different snack. The kids LOVED this!

We did do a little work today! These are our writings about if we had 100 dollars and if we were 100 years old. 

We also wrote 100 words and made a 100 number chart.

It was a great day and we had a lot of fun! But after 100 days of hard work we needed a day of fun! :)

Circus!

We had a wonderful trip to the circus yesterday! My kids were so excited about this trip for weeks and when they came in I knew they were ready to go! They did so good and had such a great time! It was a really great show I just wish I could have taken more pictures of the kids but there was no time and too many people!! But it was well worth it.

Penguin Fun

We had so much learning about penguins last week! We made cute penguin books an even did and experiment. We felt ice water with our hands then we felt it through "blubber" like the penguins do! We loved it!

Help!! We are trapped in a snow globe!!

We wrote a story about what would happen if we were trapped in a snow globe and made these cute crafts! The kids loved using a picture of themselves to make a craft!
