7 Days...

7 days to go so today we got to sit anywhere we wanted! No assigned seats for us today!!

As any elementary teacher knows field day is ALWAYS an adventure and yesterday was no different! We had such a fun day! Perfect weather, excited kids, plenty of games, and snow cones! What could be better! We were outside all day long and the kids loved it! But I'm sure they all slept good last night, I know I did!

8 Days...

Today we got to have a snow cone party!! And on field day we needed something to cool us down!

9 Days...

Yesterday, with 9 days to go, we switched classes with our neighbor class! How fun to have a new teacher for the day!

10 Days...

With 10 days to go we got to go outside for a picnic lunch! We had perfect weather so it was even better!

I am so excited to be teaching second grade at SWS! We are all loving this new adventure we are on and cannot wait to see where the year will take us! I have a 5 year-old little boy named Easton, a 1 year-old little girl named Ensley and am happily married to Kyle. We live in Boaz where I have lived most of my life. I graduated from Jacksonville State with my B.S. in Early Childhood Education in 2011. I am so excited to be a part of such a great school. It is going to be a wonderful year! I am also a HUGE Alabama baseball and football fan! Roll Tide!
